Build a practice worth joining.

The Collo Rosso team opens in Late 2026 at 306 Lexington Avenue, Chapin. We are hiring the people who will run it. Board-certified founder, on-site dermatopathology, Lake Murray quality of life.

Why work at Collo Rosso

Four reasons this is a practice you can plant a career in, not pass through.

01

Navy Trained, Board Certified Founder

Dr. Lamar Hardy, DO, FAAD, FCAP. Naval medicine background, academic teaching arc, and direct mentorship for associates, fellows, and clinical staff. The standard is set by example, not by memo.

02

On-site in-house dermatopathology lab

Biopsies read in-house. Closed-loop case flow that most practices route to a third-party lab. The single biggest recruiting hook for a Mohs surgeon or an associate dermatologist who wants pathology fluency built into daily practice.

03

Mohs case flow from launch

Established referral relationships from the start. Twenty-five years of Naval service, deep Midlands community ties, and an on-site dermatopathology lab seed the practice for Mohs work at opening.

04

Lake Murray quality of life

Only a few minutes to Lake Murray, and the lake is a 50,000-acre paradise.

Twenty-five years of Naval service taught me what good practice looks like under pressure. Coming home to Chapin to build it is the work I want to spend the next chapter on. Read the full story.
